On behalf of the many people we served each day, I want to thank everyone for supporting United Caring Services’ Jazz, Shoes & Blues event.
With your generous support, the event raised over $25,000. This will help people gain the valuable opportunities, skills, tools, and resources they need to regain their dignity and live a self-sustaining life.
There were so many individuals and organizations that made this year’s event a success. We had extremely talented musicians and amazing food as well as generous corporate sponsorships, fabulous silent auction items and furniture donated for use in our apartments. All of this demonstrates that we can make a difference when we truly chose to be and act as a Community Of Caring. The long-lasting benefits for individuals in our community and our community itself are improved when ensuring that everyone has a chance, multiple chances, of living the quality life they deserve.
Again, we deeply appreciate your choosing to support us, attend this event, and work with us as a mission partner. Thank you for your commitment to ending homelessness and making our town a healthier, happier place to live!
