As a community, we mourn the loss of Joe Fraccaro – a grace-filled, passionate, servant leader. As pastor at Bethel UCC, Joe was instrumental in the founding of United Caring Shelters (now “United Caring Services”) – a visionary provider of shelter and services to Tri-State residents in-need. He served as President of UCS’ Board of Directors and remained a supporter and mission partner since UCS’ founding.
We hold in prayer the family of the Rev. Joseph William Fraccaro who died on September 13, 2018.
Joe retired from Bethel UCC, Evansville, Ind. in 2012 but being the pastor he was, he continued to serve St. Mark’s UCC, Evansville, Ind. until his death.
Memorial service celebrating Joe’s life will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Bethel United Church of Christ, 3029 N. Green River Road, with a reception to follow at the church.
